About Us
Soroptimist International of Santa Clarita Valley (SISCV) is one of the more than 3,000 clubs that make up Soroptimist International (SI). SI has General Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council, (ECOSOC) and has representatives at many meetings of its agencies in UN Centers throughout the world.
Since our charter date, December 3, 1974, SISCV has contributed nearly a million dollars to local agencies and international programs aimed at improving the lives of women and girls.
Locally, our club is working on projects independently and in collaboration with other local organizations who share our mission of improving the lives of women and girls. Additionally, SISCV generously supports programs sponsored by Soroptimist International of the Americas and Soroptimist International.
We are proud to be part of an international organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in Santa Clarita Valley and around the globe.
